Agents will be automatically enrolled into the Revenue Sharing plan. This plan will pay out a percentage of the Gross Commission to agents who attract other agents to Realty85.
There is a small nominal fee of $50 per month for our proprietary automated lead software program, which crowdfunds all social media ads to decrease the cost of leads.
Yes. We constantly have a large pipeline of leads using our in-house software to find the most qualified ones. This software is called ALF – Automated Lead Follow-Up – which pools everyone’s marketing dollars to create a massive advertising footprint, which is much larger than any agent can do on their own.
All leads are dispersed via a proportional round robin method – which ensures each agent receives the same percentage of leads according to the dollars they contribute.
Agents can pick and choose the type and quantity of leads to purchase. All the leads are purchased by our agents at cost with no long-term commitment. We are currently generating buyer leads between $4 – $5 a lead and seller leads between $10-$12 a lead.
Agents may communicate with prospective buyers or sellers via text, email, or follow up alerts.
Realty85 encourages creating multiple streams of income for our agents. This includes not only revenue sharing and commissions, but also from other industries. The goal is to help agents achieve over 100% of their total sales through these combined income streams.

If just half those agents hit their CAP, then our revenue-sharing program will pay you $45,000/year.
You will get that revenue without additional work, even if you stop selling real estate. All that is required is the initial round of introductions.
If any of those agents sponsor more agents, your earnings pool will keep growing by 3% for each new agent who comes on board.

Jacob is a second generation native of the great state of Arizona. After graduating from Arizona State University, Jacob began his career in real estate field and never looked back. Recently recognized by the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors as a 40 under 40 winner, Jacob has risen to the top ranks as a real estate professional. In addition, Jacob holds a GRI designation which is the highest designation a Realtor can receive. This designation is earned through countless hours of study to become an expert in contracts and negotiation. In his free time, Jacob loves spending time with his wife, Stacy, his son Hudson, daughter Ellie, and his dog, Stella. When they are not working, Jacob and his family can be found exploring all the hidden treasures of Arizona, watching the Cardinals win on Sunday or on the golf course.
Michael’s 40+ years in the real estate world has made him an expert in the industry. Born and raised in the valley of the sun, Michael has had the opportunity to watch his town grow from a landscape dominated by cotton fields and citrus trees to one that is home to over 7,300,000 people with four professional sports franchises, NASCAR, the largest attended golf tournament on the PGA tour and home to some of the country’s industry giants. This experience has afforded him the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and insight, regarding the trends and patterns in his local real estate market.

Mike Conway has been a licensed real estate professional in Arizona since 2005, building a career rooted in the mindset of a lifelong learner, always ready to adapt and shift with the market. His journey began with a deep passion for helping clients, which evolved into a commitment to supporting agents in building thriving real estate businesses.
In 2009, Mike founded Conway Real Estate, initially operating as a small but mighty team of eight agents. By 2016, driven by a vision to make a broader impact, he pivoted his focus toward growing the brokerage. Under his leadership, Conway Real Estate flourished, expanding to over 140 agents and achieving an impressive milestone of more than $300 million in closed volume in 2021.
In January 2022, Mike sold his brokerage to a large corporate real estate company. Over the next two years, he played a pivotal role in shaping growth strategies and helping the organization adapt to evolving market dynamics. In 2024, Mike embraced a new chapter by joining Realty85 as President of Growth and Expansion.
Mike’s decision to join Realty85 was guided by its family-like culture, big vision, and shared commitment to positively impacting agents’ lives. Realty85, currently operating in 11 states, is on a mission to expand nationwide, offering agents innovative opportunities to increase their income streams while delivering exceptional support to their clients.
When he’s not driving growth and innovation in the real estate industry, Mike spends his free time with his family. Married to his beautiful wife Kelly since 2006, they are proud parents to their son Christian, 18, and daughter Charlie, 7. Together, they are an off-road family who loves riding and camping whenever they can. Additionally, Mike also has a passion for smoking meat and owns an impressive collection of 13 smokers, ranging from small pellet smokers to large offset smokers. Sharing great BBQ with friends and family at large gatherings is not just a hobby but a love language, reflecting his joy in bringing people together and celebrating life’s moments.
With a relentless drive to create a lasting legacy, Mike is passionate about empowering real estate business owners to build wealth and establish pathways to retirement.
